50 Portraits

The individual agrees to attend the portrait sitting on the date chosen and at the specified times (10am/6pm) and at the location given (17 Iliffe Yard, Kennington, London, SE17 3QA). The price in return for the service is 5,000GBP (Ex Vat) and 6,000GBP (Inc Vat). Which will be paid in full, through one online payment on www.denisonpender.com.

Denison-Pender Ltd has a no cancellation policy.

The individual agrees to no refund. if the individual is found un-able to attend the sitting date chosen, the client is entitled to re-schedule a sitting date. The individual agrees to the size 11.7"x16.5" inc oil on panel portrait. The individual agrees to be painted by Max Denison-Pender, with full acknowledgement that he will paint the individual as he sees. i.e can not ask for false interpretations of themselves to be painted, or added into the painting. The artist accepts no responsibility for any loss arising from the painting itself. The individual's portrait can not be changed/edited once the sitting day is over unless the artist (Max Denison- Pender) agrees that he sees fit to do so. Once the sitting is over, the client has ownership of the oil on panel painting. The individual agrees to being responsible for their own safety, once entering the studio (address mentioned above).

The individual agrees to a three week (maximum) holding period, where the painting can be stored. This is optional, however beneficial for the client. During the holding period, the client has ownership during this period. Collection form will be signed by the sitter once finished. Agreeing to collection terms discussed (when) with Max, or with Max’s PA- Irene Denison-Pender. If the individual decides to take the painting after the session on the same day, they are fully responsible to any damages after leaving the studio.

Copyright & Usage:

All images used on this website are the property of Max Denison-Pender and must not be reproduced without expressed written permission. Any unauthorised reproduction will result in legal proceedings.

Payment & Payment Security:

We currently accept payment via debit/credit card. To use a debit or credit card, simply enter your card information when prompted, and your account will be securely charged. When you purchase on our site, a buyer's information is 100% secure and is not shared with the seller. None of your information can be used outside of this site and credit card details are not collected.

Returns:

At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges.

Cancellations:

We do our best to fulfil every order, but delays and cancellations may occur due to reasons beyond our control. We reserve the right to cancel any orders for any reason, refunding our customers the full amount.

The information you give us may include your name and contact details, including address, telephone number, and email address, as well as your payment information. This occurs when you place an order on our online shop or email us your information in regards to an order.

Information that is provided by you will only be used for the purpose for which it is provided, unless you are informed otherwise at the time of giving the information.

We may use your information to provide goods and services that you have requested, and to communicate with you about those goods and services; to operate our site; to comply with applicable law; and as otherwise permitted by applicable law.

When you request goods and services from us, you are consenting to the disclosure of your personal information to our partners who may provide such goods and services under contract and guarantee to our satisfaction that they have sufficiently robust processes in place to ensure the security of your personal information whilst it is in their care. This includes our fulfillment house – who are GDPR compliant – who we share customer order mailing information with.

We may disclose de-personalised data (such as aggregated statistics) about the users of our website in order to describe our sales, customers, traffic patterns, and other site information to prospective partners, advertisers, investors, and other reputable third parties and for other lawful purposes; but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.

Under certain circumstances we may occasionally be required by law, court order, or governmental authority to disclose certain types of personal information and we reserve the right to comply with any such legally binding request. 

Other than this, Denison-Pender.com will not disclose any of your personal information to any other third parties without your consent.

4. How long will we keep your information?

We will hold your information on our system only for as long as is necessary – such as fulfilling a request for goods and services. After that timeframe, your information will be securely deleted, or in some cases, anonymised.
